As the Director of operations for Minor Hotels, I engaged @Heart Property Developments to complete the refurbishment of the AVANI Hotel and Casino in Gaborone Botswana. The project was not an easy one. The management of the project required attention to detail and good negotiating skills! both of which were performed with true professionalism.
